"Geschichte Israels in der Antike": Second edition and translations
In his introduction, published by C. H. Beck, Prof. Dr. Dr. Bernd U. Schipper reconstructs the history of Israel on the basis of extra-biblical sources and archaeological finds.

The Italian translation was published shortly before Christmas. This means that the 2nd edition of the volume published in the "Beck Wissen" series is now available in three translations (English 2019; Spanish 2021; Italian 2023). Three further translations are planned for 2024 (French, Estonian, Korean) and the Japanese and Turkish editions of the book for 2025.

On the publisher's website you will find a detailed table of contents, a reading sample, and much more.
